Always an experience of a special class.
Aromatic cuisine hits it completely, but says nothing about whether you will find it good. The restaurant is very tasteful, the service very friendly and hard-working and the quality of the food is excellent. Unfortunately, one of the flavors is a lot of fish sauce, which unfortunately I didn't like at all with the rather extreme cheesy flavor. I always had the smell of old sweaty cheese feet in my nose and that really affected my experience. This aroma is not my thing, but if you like it, you've come to the right place.
Great! Unfortunately, we were unable to reserve a table for the evening on our holiday tour, but the lunch menu was also great. Service and advice very attentive and helpful and the sushi incredibly delicious. We are also happy to come by in the evening to try the menu. Clear recommendation!
This Asian restaurant with fusion cuisine, located in the center of Andernach, welcomes its guests with charming furnishings in Far Eastern style. The dishes are fine and subtle in the aromas, also with a certain sharpness. I was particularly impressed by the lamb in tamarind sauce with date butter in the 6-course menu. The courses are prepared to be low in carbohydrates. There is also a well-stocked wine list with a focus on German Riesling. I found it particularly nice that a week later a greeting with a recipe for the fantastic wonton was sent to me by email.
A visit to YOSO is definitely an experience. The restaurant is furnished in an authentic Asian style, quite small but very cozy. I was there with some colleagues, we had the evening menu, each course was excellent in taste and all courses of the menu were perfectly coordinated. The service was very good, but without being intrusive. I would recommend everyone who would like to go to the YOSO to reserve early enough.
The service was incredibly attentive, flexible, customer-oriented and personable. The food is a work of art, every plate - the whole menu is so balanced in taste that nothing is missing and you are truly enchanted. We'll definitely be back - it's really something special.
The Yoso is an asset for Andernach The sushi is extremely good, the wines well chosen and the atmosphere is right Sarah brings her passion for cooking to every plate.
"yoso" in andernach, a beautiful, modern restaurant. For me, this is the cook sarah henke, with an extraordinary talent for creating sushi, not only with fresh, tender fish, but also with regional products, with a fine taste and an aromatic creativity. the compositions are extraordinary. in their different connections, new taste experiences emerge for me, which melt on the tongue and leave a special experience behind. an aromatic new experience, dishes always cooked to the point and delicately nuanced aromas. a very crispy duck, refined with delicious sauces, never too much and always carefully tailored to the little rice happenings. a very delicious treat, expertly presented. the dessert shouldn't be left out, delicious sweetness and fine aromas complete the menu. the young service, friendly and attentive, accompanies the guest through the menu. As soon as we arrive, we are greeted by a particularly friendly young team. a room that offers a lot of space and allows enough distance to the other guests. every single sushi was highly aromatic and allowed for new combinations, so intense and light in taste. the service announces the dishes in detail, so we were excited about the tasting. small, artfully arranged delicacies are created on the plates, which are a pleasure for the palate and the eyes.
A wonderful restaurant with high culinary art. Coherent menus, pleasant service
I "only" bought a sushi box and a bottle of Riesling, but the young ladies were very accommodating. The sushi and wine were excellent.
Very nice service and great food! Really worth a recommendation :)
Great ambience and professional service. The sushi was very good and a clear difference to many comparable restaurants. We are excited!
Really great flavors in a very pleasant atmosphere and super personal service, despite Corona requirements
This not just cooking, this is art. Delicious!
Excellent cuisine. Delicious.
Very very nice experience. Fresh tastes and a very good etiquette. Loved the design of the interior with special attention to the cuttery. Will visit again! Definitely worth the michelin star!
Excellent food, super kind staff, beautifull place!
I was looking forward to this evening for a long time and my expectations were clearly exceeded. In terms of taste, everything is precisely tuned and simply perfect. The matching wines are in my view a must. Otherwise you miss something. Very friendly in a pleasant atmosphere. Do not miss it. Top!
Excellent Food in a nice, modern setting. We visited the Restaurant for the first time and it was a great culinary experience of the far east. After choosing the five course set menu it ended up with totally nine courses if we include all the greetings from the kitchen which arrived to the table. Each and every dish of the set menu was very well presented. YOSO Kitchen is significantly playing with the aromas and was surprising us with a nice feeling in our mouth when eating: sweet and salty combined with soft and crunchy food left us smiling to each other.... This stylish restaurant is well worth a visit and with a total bill of less than EUR 200, 00 for 5 course set menu and {non-alcoholic} drinks for two persons absolutely fairly priced.
Very nice location and tasteful decor. The offered lunch menu was excellent and were accompanied with great flavors in both dishes of great products that were perfectly cooked. Nice friendly young service. Finally, I asked for the purchase of Mrs. Henke's cookbook. This I got then handed over by the boss herself and had the opportunity to receive a dedication and to have a nice conversation with her. Many thanks again to Ms. Henke. You are a very charming hostess.
Simply genius.
Once again we were at the Yoso with Sarah Henke and certainly not for the last time. This time we had the menu and were absolutely delighted. The plates were a feast for the eyes, so beautifully arranged, the dishes incredibly tasty and to the point (especially the prawns for the main course). The restaurant is well furnished and not to forget: the service is super nice and very attentive. We would love to come back
A beautiful memory for life. Great location with a laidback and relaxed ambiance. Friendly welcoming staff. The food was a wonderful journey of senses with a variety of exciting taste experiences. Truly great from beginning to end.

We were fortunate to visit YOSO in Andernach yesterday. Chef Sarah Henke has received a Michelin star rating for her Asian inspired cuisine, so we were eager to explore. We chose a five course dinner menu each, paired with a selection of local wines. Full disclosure: we have lived in Asia and I grew up there and we love the depth and richness of flavours the local cuisine has to offer. This here, however, is not your down to earth Asian cooking style, this here is art. Each dish started by playing with our memories, taking us back to flavours we experienced in the past, pleasing our tastebuds, traveling in our minds. Then, however, comes this one, overlooked and unexpected ingredient, which joins all previous tastes into one symphony of flavour. That is what makes this gem of a restaurant unique and worth every travel. The wine pairing was impressive and well chosen. All five wines emphasized the depth of the flavours without a hint of diversion from the perfect route to culinary heaven. We loved it and will certainly be there again.
The menu was a delightful combination of authentic Korean flavors and fine cuisine. Those who love Asian cuisine will get their money's worth here. The wine accompaniment was perfect. Service was good and unobtrusive.
Very nice Asian restaurant with portions of the right size. Great cuisine and very attentive staff. Quiet and cozy atmosphere.
This restaurant is really great. There is a lunch menu and an evening menu. I used the lunch offer there and ate two courses for € 24. The food was exceptionally good and the wine and especially the wine advice was great. Also to be highlighted was the overall service, which was very courteous and good. Gladly again!
